actually this submission is just an experiment.

the photo itself - a 2-shot panorama - is not really good, the quality is poor, the sky is blown,...
i was just about to delete it from my HDD, when i thought i try something...playing with the color gradient, going from color to b/w

well, here's the result....

coole Idee... wie du schon meintest, es ist ja nur ein Experiment. Denn die Bildauswahl ist nicht so berauschend. Aber wie gesagt, die Idee ist gut und Du wirst schon noch das richtige Motiv finden.
